A County Tyrone woman has been charged with possessing cocaine after police discovered the drug during a search at a house in Dungannon.

Officers executed a search warrant at a property on Killymaddy Hill on June 25 and arrested Lynne Mulgrew.

Police alleged that a bag containing 22 grams of cocaine was found concealed in her underwear, and a further 30 grams were located in a subsequent search in custody.

Mulgrew made no comment when interviewed by officers.

She appeared before Dungannon Magistrates Court where District Judge Francis Rafferty released her on bail of £250 to appear again on July 24.

As part of her bail conditions, Mulgrew must reside at Killymaddy Hill, observe a curfew, wear an electronic tag, present herself at the front door when required, and submit to a drug impairment test if requested.
