Caroline McDonagh from Lisnahull Park in Dungannon, Co Tyrone, faces charges of disclosing a private sexual photograph without consent. She also faces a charge of possessing a controlled drug, namely cannabis.

The alleged offences occurred on October 26.

A police officer told Dungannon Magistrates Court on Friday that he could connect the defendant to the charges.

McDonagh was released on £250 bail. She will appear in court again on March 27.
