Enniskillen man sentenced to probation for racist harassment
A 19-year-old man from Enniskillen has been sentenced to six months probation for harassing a woman with repeated racial slurs.
The offences took place between December 12 and 14, 2024. Francie Crumlish, of Rossorry Grove, appeared at Enniskillen Magistrates' Court on Monday to face the charges.
The court heard that his behaviour left the woman feeling trapped and vulnerable.
Crumlish's defence counsel told the court that nothing could justify the conduct but said the defendant had since moved on.
District Judge Alana McSorley imposed a six-month probation order.
