Police are appealing for information after a vehicle was damaged in a fire in Portadown during the early hours of Sunday morning.

The incident was reported at around 1.30am on June 14 in the Fitzroy Street area.

Officers from the Police Service of Northern Ireland attended, along with colleagues from the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service.

The fire caused significant damage to the car, but no injuries were reported.

Police inquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding the incident. Officers are keen to speak to anyone who noticed any suspicious activity in the area at the time.
