Two held after man stabbed in Coalisland
A 29-year-old man suffered a leg injury in a stabbing incident in Coalisland late on Tuesday 2 June. Police attended the Gortgonis Road area at around 11pm.
A 31-year-old man and a 45-year-old woman were subsequently arrested and remain in custody. Police said enquiries are ongoing.
Independent Republican Councillor Dan Kerr said several residents had contacted him about the incident, describing them as extremely worried. Mr Kerr added that he had been in touch with Apex Housing Association to ask what measures it was taking in response.
