Portstewart Strand closed to swimmers after pollution incident
The National Trust has advised visitors to avoid entering the water at Portstewart Strand after a pollution incident.
The warning was issued on Wednesday, June 3.
The Trust, which manages the beach, posted on social media that visitors should not enter the water and should keep dogs on leads.
Swimming was not recommended and dogs were also advised not to enter the water.
Portstewart Strand is located in County Londonderry.
