Police carried out a raid on a property in the Derrylin area of Fermanagh on Friday evening and seized more than 163,000 Class C tablets valued at approximately £408,000.

The operation prompted further searches of two properties in Newry, where officers recovered cannabis.

A man was arrested during coordinated action involving officers from the Erne West Neighbourhood Team, Tactical Support Group and Local Policing Team in Armagh.

The man has been released on bail while enquiries continue.

The seizure and linked searches were conducted by police in Northern Ireland.
