Sinn Féin MP Cathal Mallaghan marked the first anniversary of the Magherafelt constituency office. The office has secured over £1 million for local people in Mid Ulster through casework.

Mallaghan stated the office opening aimed to provide constituents in Magherafelt and surrounding areas with needed support and representation. He noted the funds assist workers, families, and those requiring aid.

Mallaghan thanked constituency staff for their ongoing efforts to help the community.

First Minister Michelle O'Neill joined Mallaghan to open the office in the town centre one year ago. O'Neill expressed determination to lead change and build a better future for workers, families, and communities.
