Odhran Bartley, 26, of Dunlea Vale in Dungannon, appeared at Dungannon Magistrates Court on Wednesday.

Police received a report on October 24 from a member of the public about Bartley live streaming on TikTok while consuming alcohol and drugs.

Officers attended his home. Bartley surrendered a small quantity of Xanax tablets.

A search located cannabis, 47 pregabalin tablets and 34 additional Xanax tablets.

Police called for medical assistance. In a later interview, Bartley admitted possessing the drugs.

District Judge Francis Rafferty imposed an 80-hour community service order and a 12-month probation order.

The judge told Bartley to engage with probation services or face prison and to avoid live streaming.

Judge Rafferty asked Bartley about his intended audience for the stream. Bartley replied that he had been very drunk.

The judge warned Bartley not to broadcast his community service.
