Flash flooding lifted manhole covers in parts of West Belfast on Wednesday. Heavy rain led to surface water buildup in areas including Norglen Parade, Norfolk Road, Gransha Gardens, Monagh Road and Whiterock Road.

The issues followed days of unsettled weather. West Belfast MLA Aisling Reilly shared photographs of the flooded locations. Reilly reported the problems to Floodline, noting some cases lasted several days.

The Sinn Féin representative urged residents to report their own flooding concerns to Floodline via the NI Direct website.
