Two Men Returned for Trial in Derry Crown Court on Separate Charges
Two men face trial in Derry Crown Court after cases to answer were accepted at preliminary hearings on May 7.
A man, unnamed to protect the alleged victim, faces charges of sexual assault and voyeurism. The charges relate to incidents between June 24, 2024, and July 7, 2024. He submitted no statements and called no witnesses. He was released on bail.
Damien Gibbons, 50, of Donald's Way in Limavady, faces charges of driving with no licence and obstructing police. The charges stem from an incident on July 23, 2023. Gibbons submitted no statements and called no witnesses.
No contrary submissions were made in either case.
