Turlough McNally, aged 24, died unexpectedly at his home in Carrickmore, County Tyrone, on Tuesday morning.

He was the eldest son of Declan and Tracey McNally and brother to Gabriel, Mattie and Morgan.

McNally worked at Ecohog, a family-owned firm in Carrickmore. The company announced it will remain closed for the rest of the week due to the family bereavement. An update on reopening will follow later this week.

An Charraig Mhór CLG described McNally as a former underage player, league and championship winner, dedicated volunteer and ticket seller for the club's development draw.

The club extended condolences to McNally's parents Declan and Tracey, brothers Gabriel, Mattie and Morgan, and the extended McNally and Fox families.

TAS Controls, a Carrickmore engineering firm and long-time customer of Ecohog, noted working with the McNally family for many years. Staff who knew McNally recalled his warm smile and readiness to assist the team.
