Shane Morrison-Fleming, 32, pleaded not guilty to a sexual assault charge at Craigavon Crown Court on March 25. The allegation states he intentionally touched a complainant in a sexual manner without consent on June 22, 2023.

Defence counsel Patrick Taggart informed the court he would submit a defence statement in the coming days. Judge Donna McColgan KC released Morrison-Fleming on continuing bail.

The trial is set for April 22, with a review scheduled the preceding week.
