Libraries NI's Bookcited! podcast has released its 100th episode. The series features conversations with writers from Northern Ireland, the UK and other areas. Hosts Jillian and Pete lead the discussions on books, writing and publishing.

The podcast covers debut fiction, novels and the craft of writing. It includes authors and literary figures who influence reading in Northern Ireland.

Conor McKee, Service Development Manager with Libraries NI, noted that the milestone allows reflection on past talks with authors. He stated that each episode explores stories behind books and shares them with readers.

McKee added that the achievement comes during the National Year of Reading. Libraries NI uses the podcast and other platforms to connect readers and writers.
