Funeral Arrangements Set for Ellie Flanagan After Enniskillen Murder Inquiry
Police found the body of 23-year-old Ellie Flanagan at an address on Corban Avenue in Enniskillen on the evening of March 7. Officers located her during checks linked to a collision on the Carn Road near Tempo at around 9.15pm that day.
A 45-year-old man known to Flanagan faces arrest on suspicion of murder and related charges. On March 10, police gained approval to hold him for an extra 24 hours of questioning. The PSNI Major Investigation Team now leads a murder probe.
Funeral mass takes place at St Michael's Church on Darling Street, Enniskillen, on March 13 at 11am. Interment follows at Cross Cemetery. The parish webcam streams the mass.
Flanagan reposes at Foxhill Road on March 11 from 2pm to 9pm and on March 12 from 2pm to 9pm. Mourners must park at Coa O’Dwyers GAA grounds, 73 Killee Road, Coa, BT94 2FS. A shuttle bus runs to the wake house.
Her family requested that attendees wear bright colours.
