Craic Theatre will present the play 'Called Out' at a venue in Coalisland on March 27 and March 28. Performances run from 8pm to 9pm each evening.

Wee Yarns Productions produced the one-man show. Cahal Clarke wrote it and Aoibh Clarke directed it.

The production follows protagonists Conor and Aidan, friends since before birth. A conflict arises when they disagree on an issue. The story requires them to determine right from wrong rather than support each other unconditionally.

A spokesperson stated the play addresses patriarchal norms passed through generations. The spokesperson added that in 2026 people must recognize these patterns. The spokesperson called for society to reflect and change because women and girls deserve better.

The age guidance for the play is 14 years old and upwards.
