Fermanagh Gardening Society held an event on Monday, February 23, as part of its 60th anniversary celebrations. Honorary member Brian Duncan MBE attended with his wife.

Duncan discussed his career in breeding and growing daffodils. He holds the Victoria Medal of Honour from the RHS, awarded to 63 individuals.

The talk included images of daffodil varieties named after him. Duncan described plant hunting trips to Europe and New Zealand.

Afternoon tea followed the presentation. Donations supported Action Mental Health New Horizons.
