P&O Ferries cancelled five sailings on its Larne to Cairnryan route in Northern Ireland over two days. The disruptions occurred on Wednesday and Thursday, March 5.

On Wednesday, four sailings did not operate. These included the 12pm departure from Larne to Cairnryan, the 4pm return from Cairnryan to Larne, the 8pm sailing from Larne to Cairnryan, and the 11:59pm trip from Cairnryan to Larne.

Thursday saw the cancellation of the 12pm sailing from Larne to Cairnryan. P&O Ferries posted a notice on its X account informing passengers of the cancellation and directing them to contact customer service at +44 (0)1304 448888 for alternatives.

A P&O Ferries spokesperson confirmed the cancellations and delays on the route resulted from operational reasons. The company stated all sailing updates would appear on its X channel.
