Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council opened an online survey on Monday for residents and businesses that used its household recycling centres in the past year. The consultation covers the nine facilities across the borough and accepts responses until 30 March 2026.

Users can provide feedback on site signage, access for different users, options for additional recyclable materials, current operating hours, and needed changes. Council staff limit participation to recent visitors to ensure relevant input.

The centres handle household waste recycling in line with Northern Ireland regulations that aim to increase diversion from landfills. Local councils manage these sites to meet targets set under the area's waste management strategy.

Responses go through the council's citizen engagement portal.
