More than 300 gymnasts from over 11 clubs across the island of Ireland participated in the Charlotte Rose Memorial Cup, held in Fermanagh to honour the memory of Charlotte Farrell.

Charlotte Farrell, a 12-year-old pupil at Fivemiletown College from Lisnaskea, passed away suddenly in May 2024. The event provided an opportunity for the gymnastics community to compete while remembering her.

Jenny Hanna, head coach at Splitz Gymnastics Club in Fermanagh, described the atmosphere as one of friendship, support and positivity. She noted that gymnasts of all ages and levels showcased talent and sportsmanship, with routines and personal best performances.

Hanna highlighted the event's role in reconnecting clubs, building friendships and strengthening community bonds. She thanked coaches, judges, volunteers and families for their contributions to the competition.
