Public Interest Litigation Support (PILS) is holding a celebration event to mark the 15th anniversary of its Pro Bono Register. The register connects local lawyers with human rights activists to support human rights and equality work.

The event is part of UK Pro Bono Week, which is marking its 25th anniversary this year. It is sponsored by law firm A&L Goodbody.

The celebration will take place at the MAC in Belfast on Thursday, 5 November 2026, from 5.30pm to 7.30pm. It includes a drinks reception and live music from Brendan Kerr and Maureen Walker.

A panel discussion will feature Trevor Birney of Fine Point Films, Nicola Browne of Act Now NI, and Steven McQuitty KC.
