Ederney beat Belnaleck 2-13 to 0-14 at St Mary\'s Park on Sunday to secure a home quarter-final in the Fermanagh Senior Football Championship.

Declan McCusker scored 1-04 for Ederney, while Shay Deazley also found the net. Belnaleck will advance directly to the semi-final despite the loss.

Belnaleck started well, with Conor McAuley and Ciaran McBrien scoring early points into the wind. Ederney responded through Paul McCusker and Shaun McCarron.

Che Cullen put Belnaleck ahead with a long-range point, but Ederney then scored the first goal through Deazley. Paul McCusker added a free, Declan McCusker scored a goal and a two-pointer, and further points from Conor McGee and Pol McKervey gave Ederney a 10-point lead at half-time.

McBrien scored a free early in the second half, but McGee restored the margin. Darragh McGurn, introduced for Belnaleck, scored a two-pointer from outside the arc.

Belnaleck fought back with points from McBrien (including another two-pointer) and Bryan Owens, but Ederney maintained control with scores from Declan McCusker and McKervey. McKervey\'s late point sealed the result, and Deazley added a final score after a late free from McGurn.

Ederney will meet Irvinestown in the quarter-final.
