Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council is seeking proposals from suppliers to provide a package of funfair rides at Shambles Yard in Armagh for the 2026 Georgian Festival Weekend.

The festival runs from Thursday 26 November through Sunday 29 November 2026. The council expects up to 45,000 attendees on the Saturday.

The Saturday programme includes craft stalls, children's activities, confectionery and food stalls in the city centre and the Mall. Live music and entertainment will take place throughout the city centre.

On Friday and Saturday, three festive family light shows will be held each evening. Each show is ticketed with a capacity of 2,000 tickets.

The funfair provision at Shambles Yard is intended to offer good value and create a family-friendly event.
