Road users are being warned of traffic disruption in Lurgan town centre this Saturday, 15th August, as the annual Lurgan Pride parade takes place.

The parade will move off from Castle Lane at around 12pm and follow a route along Market Street, Church Place, Market Street and Windsor Street, concluding at approximately 1pm.

A Party in the Park will be held in Lurgan Park from 1pm to 3pm, featuring music, drag performers, craft stalls and food. Later, a drag show and bingo event is scheduled at the Cellar Bar from 3.30pm to 7.30pm, followed by an after-party at The Batcave from 8pm.

The PSNI has confirmed that traffic restrictions will be in place in the town centre for several hours. Officers will be on the ground to manage the flow of traffic, and those attending are asked to park legally and not to obstruct access to residential or business properties.
