Foyle Hospice will hold a vintage fashion show and luncheon, Cocktails & Catwalks, on Sunday, September 20.

The event features a drinks reception, a catwalk show of pre-loved and vintage clothing, and a luncheon. Tickets are priced at £35 and are available online from the hospice or directly from its fundraising office on Culmore Road in Derry.

Actor and singer Bronagh Gallagher is the special guest. She said she was delighted to be part of an event that brings people together for a good day out while supporting vital hospice care.

Broadcaster Sarah Travers will compère the afternoon. She noted the community warmth around hospice events and promised surprises on the catwalk.

Jackie McMonagle, Foyle Hospice shops manager, said the show turns donated garments into runway fashion, each piece carrying a story of reuse and fundraising.

Sheila Duffy, director of income generation and communications, said the annual vintage fashion show demonstrates community support. Every ticket sold directly helps fund specialist palliative care for local patients and families.

Proceeds from Cocktails & Catwalks go toward Foyle Hospice services.
