Joey Dunlop and Road Racing Legends Exhibition Closes This Week in Ballymoney
The 'Full Throttle' exhibition at Ballymoney Museum will close to the public this Friday, July 31, at 5pm. Admission has been free throughout its run.
The exhibition highlights the careers of Joey Dunlop and Philip McCallen, two of road racing's most successful riders. A dedicated Joey Dunlop room displays previously unseen items, including four of his racing motorcycles, along with helmets, trophies, and his personal toolbox.
Other memorabilia on show relates to Robert Dunlop, William Dunlop, Owen McNally, Richard Britton, and several other racers. Racing machines ridden by Bruce Anstey and Guy Martin are also featured, as well as bikes associated with the Armoy Armada riders.
The museum is located in Ballymoney, County Antrim. The exhibition has drawn visitors interested in the region's strong road racing heritage.
