Four defendants appeared before Enniskillen Magistrates Court to answer charges including theft, assault, threatening behaviour, and drug offences.

Martynas Zvirblis (34), of Ardean Manor, Moy, faced charges of cultivating cannabis, possessing a Class B drug, and dishonestly using electricity, allegedly committed on July 18. He appeared via video link from Dungannon Custody with a Lithuanian interpreter. After his arrest, he permitted police to enter his home, where officers found multiple rooms containing cannabis plants. Zvirblis made full admissions to the charges. Police opposed bail and District Judge Alana McSorley refused the application. Defence counsel acknowledged the seriousness of the offences and said the defendant did not wish to return to the address.

Brandon Gillen (26), with an Enniskillen address, was charged with assault on a female and using threatening or abusive behaviour on May 1. A police constable opposed a bail application, noting that the proposed address was approximately three miles from the complainant. Judge McSorley rejected the bail application as having no basis and adjourned the case to August 3 to fix a date for hearing.

Kyle Adams Nelson (27), of Dernawilt Road, Rosslea, is charged with improper use of electronic communication, two counts of threatening to damage a car belonging to a woman at the South West Acute Hospital, and using threatening or abusive behaviour, all alleged to have occurred on April 13. A defence solicitor argued the case did not merit being before the court. Judge McSorley adjourned proceedings until August 7.

Maeve Fiona Beckett (48), of Ardmore Road, Londonderry, pleaded guilty to stealing food and drink worth £30.57 from Swifts Eurospar on Main Street, Lisnaskea, on December 9, 2025. She left without paying, was identified on CCTV, and made full admissions. She had one relevant previous conviction from 2019. Her solicitor told the court she had made an early plea and brought compensation, and that she had experienced abusive relationships and had been residing in Women's Aid. Judge McSorley fined her £75 and ordered the return of £30.57 to the supermarket.
