A man has been arrested following a stabbing incident in north Belfast.

Police were called to Antrim Close, off the Antrim Road, shortly before 9.30pm after reports of a knife attack. Officers arrived at the scene along with paramedics.

A knife was recovered and one man was detained at the location. The area was cordoned off as officers gathered evidence.

Enquiries are ongoing.
