Police received a report of a stabbing in the Bentinck Street area of north Belfast just after 2.05pm on Thursday, March 26.

Two men, aged 33 and 35, were arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and possession of an offensive weapon with intent. Both remain in custody.

No life-threatening injuries were reported. Officers continued enquiries at the scene in the Tiger's Bay area.

Paramedics and armed response officers attended the incident.
