A 29-year-old man from Derry has entered not guilty pleas to a charge of non-fatal strangulation aggravated by domestic abuse.

Jordan Maguire, of Farland Way, Hazelbank, appeared at Derry Crown Court on Bishop Street to face the charge, which stems from an alleged incident on 21 April 2024.

Maguire denied all counts put to him. The court scheduled his next appearance for 30 July 2026.
