The Belmore Court & Motel in Enniskillen has been ranked third in the United Kingdom in TripAdvisor’s 2026 Travellers’ Choice Awards. It is the only Northern Irish establishment to feature in the top 20, and the highest-placed hotel outside London.

The property, located on the Tempo Road, earned an average rating of 4.8 out of five from more than 3,000 guest reviews collected over a 12-month period.

Owner Terry McCartney, who has over 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry and took over the business in 1995, described the award as a tribute to his staff. He highlighted that the 60-bedroom hotel operates without a bar or restaurant, yet consistently satisfies guests through personal service.

TripAdvisor noted the hotel’s competitive pricing, strong value, and its convenient location for exploring Enniskillen and the surrounding area. The platform also reported that guests frequently praised the parking facilities and breakfast offerings.

The top ranking in the UK awards went to the Royal Lancaster London, with Hotel 41 taking second place.
