The Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) has published a statistical bulletin outlining Northern Ireland's greenhouse gas emissions from 1990 to 2024.

The bulletin presents key Northern Ireland figures from the UK-wide Greenhouse Gas Inventories for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

The estimates were produced by Ricardo Energy and Environment. The work was commissioned jointly by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, the Welsh Assembly, the Scottish Government and DAERA.
