Law Centre NI has submitted its response to the UK Government's Timms Review of Personal Independence Payment.

The review aims to ensure PIP is fair and suitable for the future while supporting disabled people with health, living standards, independence and employment.

The organisation held an Adviser Network Meeting for the advice sector in Northern Ireland to gather input on the review.

Law Centre NI stated that disabled people should be supported by a fair, robust and accessible social security system.

The submission included recommendations on the four main themes under consideration in the review.
