The Foyle Maritime Festival will return to Derry from 25 to 28 June 2026.

The event is organised by Derry City and Strabane District Council under the theme Forged by the Foyle: It’s in Our DNA.

Activities will run along the city quayside and on the River Foyle.

The programme includes circus and street arts shows at The Dock behind Sainsbury’s, marine exhibits with live creatures and virtual reality displays, and water-based activities led by the Loughs Agency.

Additional features comprise hands-on science workshops by FUSE Arts, heritage exhibits at the Derry North Atlantic Museum zone, family theatre productions, and daily wakeboarding displays.

A fleet of visiting vessels will include the Galeon Andalucia and the tall ship Phoenix.

The festival will end with a fireworks display over the river on Sunday 28 June.
