Foyle Maritime Festival returns in June with new attractions
The Foyle Maritime Festival will return to Derry from 25 to 28 June 2026.
The four-day event will feature international vessels, live music, markets and family entertainment along the River Foyle.
Organisers expect attendance to exceed 100,000.
Highlights include the Galeón Andalucía, a replica 17th-century Spanish galleon, and the Sails of Solas light installation.
A new Ferris wheel named the Earhart Eye will be installed on Queen's Quay.
Visitors will also be able to preview the planned £15m DNA Museum, due to open in 2027.
The festival is organised by Derry City and Strabane District Council in partnership with Foyle Port and Loughs Agency, with funding from Tourism NI and Diageo.
