Four Bangor players selected for Ulster youth water polo team
Four players from Bangor Barracudas were selected for the Ulster girls' under-14 water polo team.
The players took part in the first inter-provincial match against Leinster.
Ulster won the fixture.
The event was the first of its kind for the age group.
Jane Reilly, head coach at Bangor Barracudas and Smyths Toys Ulster Academy, said the result shows the progress of youth water polo in the province.
Bangor Barracudas was founded in 2012 to provide water polo in the Ards and North Down area.
The club focuses on developing players through its youth programme.
