ARDS: Brian Anthony McKeown (44), of Steel Dickson Gardens, Portaferry, admitted driving whilst disqualified, driving without insurance in a Lexus, and obstructing a police officer following an incident in the Dundonald area on 5 March. The case was adjourned to 10 June for a pre-sentence report.
