Courts: Lord Dunleath convicted of speeding as Belfast man banned for drink driving
BALLYMENA: Lord Dunleath, 75, of Ballywalter Park near Newtownards, was convicted of driving at 38mph in a 30mph zone near Belfast International Airport and was fined £100 plus a £15 offender levy, with three penalty points added to his licence. The peer, who contested the charge and criticised road signage at the airport as inadequate, told the court he would accept the verdict reluctantly.
