Limavady dairy farm on Lough Foyle goes on sale for £5m
A 395-acre dairy and arable farm near Limavady has been placed on the market with a guide price of £5 million.
The property, known as Carse Hall Farm at Ballycarton, sits on the shores of Lough Foyle two miles from Limavady and 16 miles from Londonderry.
The farm includes a five-bedroom farmhouse with annex, a separate five-bedroom dormer bungalow, and a dairy complex capable of housing more than 300 cattle.
Facilities comprise a 42/42-point parlour, over 250 cubicles, slurry storage exceeding one million gallons, silage pits, and 500 tonnes of grain storage.
The land consists of 328 acres of arable ground and 40 acres of pasture. The current owners have run the dairy operation since acquiring the property in 1995.
The farm is offered as a whole or in up to three lots through private treaty. It lies nine miles from City of Derry Airport and 54 miles from Belfast International.
The sale launched on Monday.
