Police in Ballymena have issued a description of a man wanted in connection with the theft of a young female's phone.

The incident took place on Thursday, May 14 at around 3.10pm.

The suspect is described as 5 foot 1 inches tall with a skinny build, light pale skin, grey hair and possible facial hair. He was wearing a dark puffer coat and dark blue wash jeans.

It is believed he left the scene in a vehicle travelling towards Doury Road.

Police are asking anyone with information or CCTV and dashcam footage to contact them on 101 quoting serial 903 of 14/05/2026 or through the online reporting tool.
