Cancer Focus NI will hold its Pink Run event in Derry's Ebrington Square in 2026. The family-friendly run invites individuals, workplaces, schools, groups and dogs to participate and raise funds for breast cancer support.

Funds will support services for one in eight women in Northern Ireland affected by breast cancer diagnosis. The charity provides breast cancer counselling, family support and bra fitting in the Foyle area and Western Trust.

Maeve Colgan, Director of Fundraising and Communications at Cancer Focus NI, stated the group has operated in the area for years to assist local women and families. She noted the Pink Run responds to demand from supporters and follows events in Belfast for over ten years and in Fermanagh in 2025.
