Free social dance classes begin tomorrow evening at Owenkillew Community Centre in Gortin. The six-week programme runs each Wednesday from 8pm to 10pm until June 3.

Open to all ages and abilities, the classes require no partner. Solo attendees are welcome.

Styles taught include waltz, jive and line dancing. A final event follows the classes for participants to display skills.

High demand filled the first session. Organisers added a second class and urge prompt registration.
