Donna Wray, 52, of Alexander Park in Castlederg, appeared at Strabane Magistrates Court on a charge of disorderly behaviour from April 12 last year.

She failed to attend on time, prompting the court to issue a warrant for her arrest.

Wray arrived late and an officer reported that she was intoxicated and unfit to proceed.

The court could not sentence her due to her condition.

Her defence solicitor requested bail, but District Judge McSorley refused the application.

Judge McSorley cited Wray's more than 320 previous convictions and doubts about her ability to avoid alcohol as reasons for the remand.

Wray will return to Strabane Magistrates Court on April 30 for sentencing.
