Police in Portadown are asking for public help after a burglary at a house in the Drumnagoon Meadows area. The incident took place on Wednesday, April 22. Officers believe it happened around 1:00pm.

A report came in shortly after 4:30pm that someone forced entry into the residential property. The house was searched thoroughly, and cash was taken.

Detective Sergeant Egerton stated that police received the report just after 4:30pm. He noted the property was ransacked with cash stolen.

Enquiries continue. Police urge anyone who saw suspicious activity in the area to call 101 and quote reference 1118 22/04/26.
