Ballymena Causeway Credit Union on William Street in Ballymena will operate as Evolve Credit Union starting 30 April 2026. The change follows growth through transfers of engagement from Causeway, Antrim, Randalstown and nearby areas.

The rebrand combines the histories of Ballymena Credit Union, Causeway Credit Union and Antrim Credit Union into one entity. Chief Executive Michelle O’Neill stated the new name matches feedback from staff, members and stakeholders on representing the current broader membership and area.

Services stay the same for members. Account details, savings, loans and login information do not change. Standing orders and payments continue without interruption.

Staff and service levels remain unchanged. Savings protection follows regulatory rules, and authorisation stays the same.

Changes include a new website at www.evolvecu.co.uk, updated email addresses with the evolvecu.co.uk domain and rebranded social media. The mobile app updates automatically. Existing emails work during transition.

Branches get new signage and materials. Phone numbers and locations stay the same. The hands symbol for trust, support and community remains.

Members should update identification, proof of address, contact details and account nominations. Staff assist at branches or by phone. No member action needed for the rebrand.
