The Education Authority in Northern Ireland has instructed C2K Managers and authorised users in schools to contact the C2K Service Desk first for support.

The Service Desk operates from 8am to 5pm this week. Schools can reach it at 0800 0931 541.

The authority thanked schools for their cooperation during work to restore the C2K service after a recent cyber incident.
