Fermanagh and Omagh District Council has received an outline planning application for a supported living development in Ballinamallard.

Keith Smith submitted the application for land immediately north-west of Enniskillen Road.

The proposal includes a block of six apartments for supported living. Some units could serve as short-term crisis accommodation.

The building would stand two to three storeys tall. Site works would cover parking, bin storage and ancillary storage units.

Access would use two existing entrances off the A32 Enniskillen Road.

The application remains valid. Planning officials will review it in due course.
