A 29-year-old man from Gortview Park in Coalisland, Tyrone, appeared in Dungannon Magistrates Court on charges stemming from Christmas Day.

Casey Campbell faces accusations of driving after consuming excess alcohol at Castle Hill in Dungannon. He is also charged with assaulting a male on two separate occasions that day.

A police officer informed the court that the charges may be linked.

District Judge Francis Arfferty granted Campbell continuing bail. He must return to court on March 25.
