Councillor Oliver McMullan, Mayor of Causeway Coast and Glens, hosted a reception at Cloonavin to recognise Noah’s Story charity. The group was founded by Corrina and Johnny McAleese following the death of their two-year-old son Noah in a farming accident near Ballymoney in November 2022.

Noah’s Story works to enhance bereavement support for families in Northern Ireland. The charity opened the Infinity Room at Causeway Hospital as a private space for grieving families. Northern Health and Social Care Trust partnered on the project.

Councillor McMullan called the parents' response to their loss an inspiration for the community. He noted the Infinity Room will serve families facing child bereavement.

The charity plans to fund similar rooms in other Northern Trust hospitals. It also provides trauma-informed training for hospital staff and personalised poetry options for families.
