Police in the Causeway Coast and Glens area have requested public assistance following damage to a granite bench located near the main doors of Causeway Hospital. The incident caused significant harm to the bench, which authorities then removed from the site.

The appeal appeared in a Facebook post from Police Causeway Coast and Glens on Tuesday, March 3. Officers referenced case number 492 from March 2 in connection with the damage.

Causeway Hospital operates in Coleraine and serves communities across north Antrim and the Causeway Coast. Police urged anyone with details to come forward to aid the investigation.
